How to start a return

   Email our team

   Send your order number and the reason for your return to support@aqorafiltration.com.

   Get your prepaid return label

   We'll email you a prepaid Australia Post return label within 1 business day — return shipping is on us.

   Drop it at the post office

   Pop your product back in any box, stick the label on, and drop it at your local post office.

4. 4

   Get refunded

   Your refund hits the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the parcel.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll ship a free replacement straight away — no return needed.

A few small print items

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.
• Bundles must be returned complete — partial bundle returns are refunded at the individual product price.
